Join Luisa for a workout blending Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Strength and Endurance. This class will focus on hips, seat, thighs, abs and arms, while combining the mental benefits of yoga meditation. This low impact class will help shape, firm and tighten. Please bring a yoga mat.
