This 4-week educational yoga series is for anyone who wants to move with more ease, prevent injuries, and support long-term health.
Whether you sit at a desk, play sports, or simply want to age gracefully, these classes will help you build strength, mobility, and awareness.

Week 2 – Strong Knees & Stable Ankles
Week 3 – Shoulder & Upper Back Mobility
