Join me for a beautiful and creative evening where we slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and create something meaningful with our hands.
In this intimate workshop, you will be guided through a relaxing meditation and aromatherapy experience before creating three beautiful bracelets using high-quality Czech glass beads.
Czech glass beads are known for their beautiful colours, craftsmanship, consistency, and luminous finish. You will have a variety of colours and beads to choose from, allowing you to create bracelets that feel personal and meaningful to you.
During our time together, you will:
Create Your Own Essential Oil Blend: Explore a selection of essential oils and learn how to combine scents to create your own personal blend. You will be guided in choosing oils based on the aroma and intention you would like to bring into your experience.
Enjoy a Guided Meditation: We will begin with a gentle meditation to quiet the mind, connect with the breath, and create space for intention. This will be a time to slow down and arrive fully in the present moment.
Create Three Bracelets: Using beautiful, high-quality Czech glass beads, you will design and create three bracelets, choosing colours and combinations that speak to you.
As you create, you will have the opportunity to reflect on what you would like to invite into your life — perhaps calm, strength, joy, connection, grounding, or simply more presence.
A Moment of Connection: There will be time to enjoy the creative process, connect with others, share conversation, or simply be present with yourself.
